Skeezer Pleezer decided to go unhealthy and be rude with his naughty middle finger on top of it. His unhealthy choice was a mountain of French toast piled high with syrup and strawberries and nuts. Skeezer's just letting it all go. Poor fella

Healthy Start 101

Even though I'm on the road and about to have important corporate meetings (using that term loosely) it doesn't mean I can't have a healthy start to the day. I've decided to go with my colleagues, Skeezer Pleezer and LaLa (those are code names in case you're mildly touched) to Portage Bay Cafe in Seattle, WA. This place makes some great chow and you can also get very healthy organic food too. They even have stevia for me coffee....stay tuned for my breakfast, you will not be disappointed.
