So...yesterday was a triumph of fitness and nutrition greatness BUT, today comes with a new challenge. I'll be going on an overnighter and I'm going to try to keep it healthy. I had a protien smoothie for a morning tide me over and I'm going to try to have a healthy early lunch before I get on my flight at this joint. Hopefully I can survive. I just realized I forgot my stevia...what the mother f@ck am I going to do?
