Bag in the Tree

For about three weeks now, there's been a bag just hanging from the neighbor's tree looking all ugly.  I documented it on Facebook well over a week ago and the damn thing was still there this morning.  I'm convinced the reason nobody's gotten said bag out of the tree is because there's probably shit in the bag and everyone is afraid of said poo falling out of the bag and getting on them.  Long story short, this morning I got tired of the bag being in the tree so I decided to take action.  Here's the video of this daring operation.
